You can help support Middle Tennessee Women's Retreat, a ministry of Ann Downing Ministries, by downloading and using this Benefit Bar search engine.  It's powered by Yahoo! which means your results are the same as what you would get if you ran a search at the Yahoo! website.  For every "sponsored result" you click, Benefit Bar gives Ann Downing Ministries 10 cents.  Be sure you spend a few minutes on the page you go to or the click doesn't count.  Sponsored results can be found at the top of the page (clearly labled "Sponsored Results") or in a column down the right hand side of the page.  What easier way could there be to help raise funds for a ministry in which you believe?
