Online Store
You
can order securely here with your credit card or opt to mail us a check
or money order after placing your order. If you prefer to order by
phone between the hours of 9:00AM and 5:00PM, central time,
phone toll-free 1-877-886-1629. Customers outside the US will need to
dial 615-822-1900. Shipping charges for orders sent within the United
States are $4 per order; International orders will be billed for actual
shipping charges if over $4.
After
placing your order, please allow 10 - 14 working days to receive it.
How
to Shop
Categories
Choose
the category that you wish to browse on the left side of the screen or
if you choose you may use the search box below the categories. Or,
click on "specials", "what's new" or "featured". To learn more about an
item, double click the image or click "buy now". Once you have chosen
an item, look for further instructions or drop down menus, (note:
failure to choose options may delay your order) then click "add to
cart". Items added will show in the upper left shopping cart box. You
can continue shopping and adding to your cart.
Your
Account
You
may sign into your account before shopping or at check out but you must
have an account to check out. If you are a new customer, by creating an
account at Ann Downing Ministries you will be able to shop faster, be
up to date on an order's status, and keep track of the orders you have
previously made. To open an account, enter your email address and enter
a password. If
you already have an account, enter your email address and password
exactly as you entered it when creating your account and click sign
in. Please note:
If your email address changes, you must sign up as though it's a new
account.
Forget
Your Password?
If
you have forgotten your password, look for "forgotten password click
here" and click. A new password will be sent to your listed email
address. Once you return to the store, you can change that password to
one of your own choosing. If you have a new email address, go to the
new customer block and complete your new email address and enter a new
password. Please
note: The procedure to sign up for the store is different
than signing up for the newsletter or the forum.
Gift
Certificates
To
purchase a gift certificate, select "online donations" in the category
section, then select gift certificate, select the amount of the gift
certificate, continue shopping or go to check out. Be sure to include
the address of the recipient in the comment section at check out.
