A Rainy Day Thursday

Hey There fAnntastics!
Can I say praise God for rain? I know, I know, I
know...I love sunshine much better, but I don't think I've ever seen a prettier
and greener spring in my life than this one. Every living thing that has roots
in the ground is alive with green!!! Soooo, this is the psychology I'm using
today to deal with this gray day :). Actually, it's just the
truth.
I'm getting sooooo many emails from you gals who
attended MTWR this past weekend....do you have any idea how much those emails
mean to me? I'm forwarding some of them to the staff and committee...they just
deserve to know what's being said, how so many lives were
changed!!

Speaking of....John Starnes (who was amazing on Friday
night, right???) wrote to say he was thrilled with it all...he was humbled that
so many of you attendees bought his cds (I tried to tell him that y'all were the
"cream of the crop"). He asked me if I'd be willing to post his website address
and of course I said NO...naw, you know better than that LOL. Here it is: www.johnstarnes.com.
He has some neat stuff there. Be sure to bookmark it
or put it in your favorite places, ok?

You know what? You MTWR ladies had a sheet in your
folders that talked about how to schedule me, etc. and we didn't even mention it
during the weekend. Could I ask y'all to pull that little sheet out and really
pray about helping me to fill some open dates coming up? Please, pretty
please?????? :). Again, let me add this...don't say "my church is too small"
before contacting me, ok??????? lol.
And one more little MTWR mention....as I said in my
last note, I've chosen to make the same offer for pre-registering for 2009 to
you who didn't attend this year that I made to those who did (until midnight
tomorrow (Fri.) night)...that $10 off, remember? I'm overwhelmed at your
response!! I've even received one pre-registration for a scholarship, meaning
we already have one lady's way paid for next year, who couldn't otherwise be
able financially to attend. Now isn't that the BEST??? That's the unselfish,
loving heart of a Christian woman at work!! PRAISE GOD! and THANK YOU! Click here to do that pre-registration before Friday night

Could I ask you to please pray for two families who
are dear friends of mine? This Tuesday two members of those families took their
own lives...and I'm sure I don't have to tell you that it's been a hard blow in
so many ways. Please pray for God's grace and mercy and supernatural love
for all the hurting souls who love these who are now gone from
earth.
